Precooked corn flour, dried summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. TMC 18 months
GLUTEN Absent

USE TIPS:

Bring 1.5 liters of salted water to the boil, sprinkle in the flour, stirring with a whisk for about 5 minutes always in the same direction, if the water has been absorbed and you want to cook the product further, add more water in small quantities boiling. Season with your choice of butter or with Giuliano Tartufi sauces or fondue. Add parmesan if desired.
