FRESH PRECIOUS BLACK TRUFFLE (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.)

Fresh Precious Black Truffle (mixed size and shape not always regular and uniform) from about 15 g to 150 g based on availability.

Origin Italy or EU (always and in any case the best quality will be selected based on the area and the harvest period)

The truffles will be shipped brushed and unwashed to ensure best conservation.

ADVICE ON USE:

To take full advantage of the qualities of the product, soak for a few minutes and wash with a brush under cold running water to remove excess earth.

Once cleaned, dry them and use them on top of your fresh dishes or grate the washed product in a pan, add oil and salt to taste, heat for a few minutes (it shouldn't cook, just heat) and use it as desired for many of your dishes just cooked.
