Fresh Truffle

Each season offers us a different type of truffle.

Based on the daily harvest you will find the quantities available after a careful and careful selection of the fresh product.

Regularly shaped truffles will not always be available since we cannot decide what to collect and what not since nature decides for us.

For our part we will take care in the selection based on the scent and freshness of the product, unfortunately sometimes we will also find the latter in an irregularly shaped truffle, broken or scratched by the dog who finds it.
