Pork Fillet with Truffle and Porcini
PORK FILLET WITH TRUFFLES AND PORCINI
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 400g of Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Tablespoons of Porcini and White Truffle Cream
- Butter to taste
- White flour to taste
- ½ l of vegetable broth
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Fresh seasonal truffle
Method
Flour the fillets and leave them to rest for a few minutes, meanwhile in a non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter over a low heat.
Brown the fillet on both sides, add salt and pepper, the porcini and white truffle cream and finish cooking by adding the vegetable broth as needed.
Serve and add the fresh truffle as desired
