Gnocchi with porcini mushrooms
GNOCCHI WITH PORCINI
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 300 g of Potato Gnocchi
- 50 g dried porcini mushrooms
- 4 spoons of EVO oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley to taste
- Chilli to taste
Method
Place the porcini mushrooms in a bowl filled with cold water for about 20 minutes. and in the meantime put a saucepan with plenty of salted water on the fire.
In a non-stick pan, combine the oil, the garlic and the finely chopped parsley, the chilli pepper and the carefully drained and squeezed porcini mushrooms.
Cook slowly, adding a ladle of cooking water if necessary.
Cook the gnocchi in the pot of boiling water and as soon as they come to the surface, transfer them to the pan and sauté them gently until completely creamed.
