Tagliatelle with truffles
TAGLIATELLE WITH TRUFFLES
Ingredients for 3 people:
- 350 g of Truffle Tagliatelle
- 3 tablespoons of Parmigiano Reggiano-based specialties with truffles
- Fresh seasonal truffle
Method
Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large saucepan, add the Truffle Tagliatelle, in the meantime put 3 tablespoons of Parmigiano Reggiano with Truffle Specialties in a pan with 2 ladles of cooking water.
As soon as the tagliatelle are cooked, transfer them to the pan and sauté them gently.
After serving, add the flaked fresh truffle.
