Beef fillet with truffle
TRUFFLE BEEF FILLET
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 400 g of fillet of beef
- 4 tablespoons of Black Summer Truffle Lamella
- Butter to taste
- White flour to taste
- ½ l of vegetable broth
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Method:
Flour the fillets and leave them to rest for a few minutes, meanwhile in a non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter over a low heat.
Add the slices of black summer truffle and continue cooking with the vegetable broth until desired doneness.
Serve and add the slices of black summer truffle.
