Truffle polenta
TRUFFLE POLENTA
Ingredients for 2 people
- 150 g of polenta with truffles
- 450 g of vegetable broth
- Fresh seasonal truffle
Method:
Bring the Vegetable Broth to the boil in a large saucepan, once it has reached the maximum temperature, add the polenta slowly. Stir constantly with a whisk for 5 minutes until cooked. Serve and add the fresh flaked truffle as desired.
