Truffle omelette
TRUFFLE OMLET
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of ground summer truffle
- EVO oil to taste
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Fresh seasonal truffle
Method:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the ground summer truffle, salt & pepper and combine everything.
On the side, heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, when it is hot, pour in the eggs and mix gently until delicately cooked, without overdoing it.
Serve and add the fresh flaked truffle as desired.
